Connecting the fuselage with the tailcone

I changed my strategy for painting the plane.  Since I will be getting the entire interior kit, I will only prime the parts that go under the interior parts.  Therefore, I do not need to take this into my painter.

I connecting the fuselage with the tailcone today.  It all went very smoothly.

Starting Gary's RV-12

I got a call from Gary Sunday asking me to help install his wings.  One thing led to another and Gary started his RV-12 for the first time

Waiting to Paint the cockpit

I have gone as far as I can until I paint the cockpit

I got the rudder pedals done and ready to install

  
I got the Firewall seal put on

And I got the safety wire on the Gasolater

I got the fuel lines installed this week and finished up most of the fuselage.  I now need to get the interior painted before I move on with the fuselage.  I can work on the rudder peddles while a wait for my painter

Fuel Lines

Mostly just worked on a few things I had skipped and then on to the fuel lines

I finished out the upper firewall and dash this week

I finished off the roll bar and got it all riveted in

 Then I finished the rear bulkhead

I got all the nutplates on the front firewall

Then I finished off the canopy ribs
